The NHS dental charges have increased by 5.1% as of 1st April 2018.
If you are not exempt from NHS dental charges, you would be asked to pay one of the following charges for each course of NHS treatment you receive:
Band 1 = £21.60 which covers an examination, diagnosis (e.g x-rays), advise on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if needed, and application of fluoride varnish.
Band 2 = £59.10 which covers everything in Band 1 plus any further treatment such as fillings, extractions and root canal treatment.
Band 3 = £256.50 which covers everything in Band 1 and 2 plus crown, denture and bridges.
Here at Spire Dental Group we are only contracted to see exempt NHS patients. However we pride ourselves on offering a very competitive private service with our payment plans. With our payment plans you can get all the benefits from private dental care such as convenient evening and Saturday appointments and cosmetic white fillings.
